Tressa Glover (Series Creator/ Writer/Concetta) Tressa, a Pittsburgh native, is an actor, writer, producer, educator, and Founder of SWAN Day Pittsburgh. As an actor, Tressa works regionally in film and theatre; her film and web credits include Breakage, My Date with Adam, Lightweight, and I’ll Call You. Pittsburgh theatre credits include Pittsburgh Public Theater, City Theatre, Pittsburgh Irish & Classical Theatre, Quantum Theatre, Bricolage, Arcade Comedy Theater, and Microscopic Opera Company, among others. Regional credits include Chicago Dramatists, Chicago Scriptworks, and Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co. Tressa is No Name Players’ Producing Artistic Director and is a graduate of Penn State University.
Don DiGiulio (Producer/Director – Stage) Don is the founder and Artistic Director of No Name Players Theatre Company and is the director of the live stage version of The Sisters Sorella. He has produced, directed, designed and/or been featured in all of No Name Players’ productions to date. Don is also a freelance actor and director and has worked with a vast array of companies in Pittsburgh and Chicago. In addition, he is an instructor with Act One Theater School in Glenshaw, PA.
Julianne Avolio (Writer/Ernestine) Julianne is an actor, teaching artist, writer, and producer. She has appeared in performances with No Name Players, Pittsburgh CLO, Bricolage, City Theatre, Arcade Comedy Theater, and the Hatch Arts Collective. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she studied Theatre Arts with a focus on Theatre for Young Audiences and Children’s Literature. Julianne is also the Founding Artistic Director of In Between Theatre – Pittsburgh’s newest Theatre for Young Audiences.
Maggie Carr (Writer/Raffaella) Recent Pittsburgh credits include First Date (PCLO), Judge Jackie Justice (PCLO), The Country House (The REP), Evil Dead: The Musical (No Name Players), and Kopit and Yeston’s Phantom (PCLO). Published plays: Open House. Readings and workshops: First Date (PCLO), Walken On Sunshine (NYC, Co-Creator/Producer), Judge Jackie Justice (PCLO).
Bailey Donovan (Director – Web Series) Bailey is an award-winning filmmaker, graduate of Point Park University’s Cinema and Digital Arts Program, and co-founder of DragonWake Films. As a director, Bailey has had his work screened at the Director’s Guild of America and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, as well as several film festivals and WQED’s Filmmaker’s Corner. He had the honor of serving as Co-Producer on the official Sundance selection, The Immaculate Reception, and recently made his feature directorial debut with the film Back for Good. Bailey currently freelances in Pittsburgh and New York and is thrilled to be collaborating with Steeltown Entertainment Project and No Name Players on Sisters Sorella!
John Michnya (Graphic Designer/Stacey) John is a Pittsburgh-based actor, director, and teaching artist, hailing from Staten Island, NY and a graduate of both the College of the Holy Cross and the University of Pittsburgh. His recent acting credits include Midnight Radio: 1984, Last Gas, The Ruling Class, Animal Farm, and As You Like It . John is proud to be an artistic associate and founding member of In Between Theatre company, and recently directed their production of The Most Epic Awesomest Superhero Movie Ever by Matt Henderson for Chatham University’s KidsCan Festival.
